With intention we commit to the following annual ESG practices:

    • A remote-first workforce driving environmental sustainability
    • Electronic client records and correspondence driving environmental sustainability
    • Spend 20 hours volunteering and donating pro-bono project time to community organizations driving impact to educate, empower, and inspire Gen Z and Gen Alpha
    • Hire 90% of vendors that are owned or managed by leaders from underrepresented communities
    • Complete a quarterly ESG assessment to track ongoing progress establishing governance
